If a user refuses to complete age verification or fails to prove they are over 21, that account will be suspended immediately and the associated funds will be processed in accordance with the rules.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the bh44 platform. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week

Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on your activity and regular participation on the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• If any manipulation or fraud is carried out with the intent of obtaining a bonus, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim or extract bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• If there is a dispute regarding any bonus, the decision of the support team will be considered final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bh44 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Bonus abuse — betting in a specific way with the sole purpose of obtaining a bonus.
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Betting using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for gain.
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes by collaborating with other users.
• Registering under a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's servers or network.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

bh44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete age verification or being found to be under 21 years of age.
• Evidence of involvement in fraud or unlawful activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request.

7.1 Funds After Suspension

If an account is suspended for a legitimate reason, the balance will be settled after the investigation is complete. If closed due to a rule violation, bonus-related balances may be forfeited. If closed at the user's own request, any remaining funds will be returned after verification.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Sports Betting
